  • Received DST-INSPIRE fellowship from DST, Govt. of India INSPIRE FELLOW CODE: IF590/No. DST/INSPIRE Fellowship/ 2011/318 for being the Gold medalist during Post Graduation.
  • Satapathy L and Mukhopadhyay K conferred the best poster award (first prize) for the poster entitled Cloning, evolutionary relationship and microarray based expression analysis of WRKY transcription factors in wheat (Triticumaestivum L.) at National Conference on Biotechnology for Sustainable Development at B.I.T Mesra, Ranchi, India (17-19 Dec 2015).
  • Received Summer Research Fellowship from Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore for the year 2008 and worked at the the department of biotechnology and bioinformatics, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong under the guidance of Professor Anupam Chatterjee as a summer research fellow.
