It is mandatory for the author\/co-author of an accepted paper to register for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Co-authors must register by paying the full registration fee, in case they want to attend and get a presentation certificate as conference delegates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
