Selection Process

  • Admission to the Diploma, B. Tech, and Ph.D. programmes would be through an Entrance Test.
  • Admission to the MBA programmes will be through a personal interview.
  • The entry for the remaining programmeswill be based on eligibility criteria for respective programmes.

 

Completing the Application Form

  • Before filling the application form, the candidates must read the Admission Procedures attentively and thoroughly.
  • All information in the application form must be written carefully and legibly in English by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
  • Incomplete applications may be rejected.
  • All the entries in the application form must be filled, and no field should be left blank.

Confirmation of Admission

  • Successful candidates will receive an Offer of Admission after counseling.
  • After receiving the offer of admission, the candidate must pay the fees listed on the website or in the prospectus to confirm his/her acceptance.
  • Following this payment, the candidate will receive his Admission Letter, which will include information on the fee paid, hostel/bus assignment, and the start date of the academic session, among other things. This letter will be requested of the candidate when they arrive on campus for the orientation programme.
  • The admission offered to a candidate will stand canceled if a candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a programme fails to submit all relevant documents in original (such as Mark Sheets, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, etc.) to the Admissions Office by the deadline specified in the admission letter.
  • Admission to various programmes will be subject to verification of facts from the candidates’ original certificates/documents. If any discrepancy is discovered, even after admission, the management reserves the right to cancel the candidate’s admission, and such a decision will be final and binding on the candidate. The fee deposited by such a candidate will be refunded.

Fee Refund Policy & Withdrawal of Admission

In the event of withdrawal of admission by a student at different times, the University will refund the fees according to the refund policy outlined in the table below. All students are strongly recommended to adhere to this, and refunds will be issued accordingly only.

NOTE: While seeking a refund, please enclose a photocopy of your Bank Passbook or Cancelled Cheque. You must submit full bank details, including the bank’s name, account number, branch name, and IFSC code. Also attached photocopy of your Aadhar card.
