Introduction About Health & Science
Good health is a key component of a happy family and society. It allows people to take part in and contribute to society in a variety of ways. Health science is the study of medicine, nutrition, as well as other health-related aspects, and the application of science to health. Introduction to Health Science introduces students to different facets of the health-care industry. It serves as a base for Health Science, exposing students to topics such as medical history, protection, infection control, and the numerous health-care jobs available.
A degree in health science will lead you to a rewarding career. All the courses offered by UMU under the College of Health Science introduces students to a wide range of healthcare professions while also teaching them the fundamental skills needed in all health and medical sciences. Students will learn the knowledge and competencies they will need for careers in health care throughout approach to Health Science. Students begin by learning about the health-care system’s programs, structure, and careers. The rest of the course focuses on health professionals’ daily operations skills and goals, such as encouraging fitness, ensuring a healthy atmosphere, and developing medical records.
