Technology is leveraged to make University services simpler, faster and more transparent, including digital fee payment and receipt generation and seamless student support. A quick and effective grievance-redressal mechanism ensures timely resolution of genuine concerns, while responsive maintenance systems provide clear accountability and speedy resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
