Dr. Milind is a professional higher education academician and leader who leads strategy in quality and excellence across global undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level higher education.
An accomplished educator, Ph.D. qualified and recognised leader in higher education strategy, learning and teaching, Milind is highly experienced in transitional higher education leadership, quality assurance and strategic direction of higher education in India and United Kingdom education system (University Of Huddersfield). His accolades in leadership and teaching and learning leadership excellence include senior fellowship of the Higher Education and varied industry and academic.
His leadership evidenced through several keynotes, board members on different education bodies, as well as development of, and leading programs and courses at international and world-renowned institutions.
Milind has an excellent understanding and knowledge of higher education policy and legislation in India and U.K. Over his career, he has developed the foresight and business knowledge to succeed and he has earned the trust and respect of clients, colleagues and industry alike.
Dr. Milind has contributed in senior leadership role as a Professor and Principal NSHM College of Management and Technology-Durgapur, Dean- School of Business, Sushant University- Gurugram, Head of Department for Management Studies at I.H.M-Aurangabad-Tata and Taj Hotels Resorts and Places-International Educational Organisation University of Huddersfield, U.K, Ministry of Tourism- Government of India and other reputed organisations.
Dr.Milind is certified from CMI- Chartered Management Institute U.K. Level-5 Certificate in Management and Leadership- This was joint program from AICTE-UKIERI.
He has Ph.D. from Banasthali University in Management, MBA-H.R.M, M.A. Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Enterprise Management (I.I.T- Delhi), B.Sc. Zoology (H) & DHMCT&AN-Ministry of Tourism- Government of India(NCHMCT&AN)
He has published several research papers in reputed journal and presented papers in national and international conferences. He has also published a book on Indian Ancient History and Human Resource Management-“HRM Practices During Mauryan Period & Modern Corporate World”.
His Area of Research and Teaching-Organisation Behaviour, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Indian History, Wisdom and Indian Management Practices. Expert in Team Building for MDP & FDP. Dr.Milind served as a Research Head with University of Huddersfield-UK under IHM-Aurangabad- A Tata Enterprise. He has also conducted several MDP programs with various organization like IOCL, SSB, and other organization too. He is having more than 23 years of experience in industry, corporates and Government organization too.
