The revolutionary changes in media technologies facilitated communication across oceans and mountains. We are now living in very challenging and terrible times dominated by forces of Covid- 19. It is universally accepted that media is the fourth pillar of democratic governance.

Its application in delivery of higher education has brought about far reaching positive changes as far as quality and productivity are concerned. Even in the Covid-19 times, technology has come to our aid to continue the tradition of teaching-learning essentially because of availability of connected devices such as smart phones, computers, tablets, etc.
