Application Process –

Online Application: Candidates must apply through the official UMU website by clicking on the https://www.umu.ac.in/online-application-form/ link. They must pay Rs. 1500 for an online application and upload all necessary documentation.

Offline Application: Candidates must mail a hard copy of their filled-out application via registered post or courier. They can download the form from the website or pick it up on campus. Candidates must send the Rs. 1500 application fee via DD. Provide hard copies of all necessary documentation. Along with application DD, necessary documents need to be submitted.

PhD Course Admission 2026

The admission process is based on the scores of the entrance exam, a personal interview, and the availability of seats. Candidates who clear the entrance exam will have to appear for a personal interview. Those who clear both rounds will receive the admission offer.

PhD Entrance Exam

Usha Martin University’s research program has a strict admissions procedure that includes an entrance exam meant to evaluate candidates’ academic potential and research skills. The Entrance Examination is MCQ based. There are two sections.
